Somatic, or body-oriented, awareness is the bridge between what's happening internally in your thoughts and emotions, and what's happening externally in your environment and relationships. I have extensive experience working with chronic illness and chronic symptoms and I work closely with your body symptoms, sensations, and experiences to help you gain personal insight.
